FOR GOODS PURCHASED FROM TRADE SECRET STORES
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the goods can be exchanged or refunded providing they are in original condition, and they are returned to Trade Secret within 30 days of purchase along with your original receipt. Goods returned within 30 days of purchase but without proof of purchase will only be exchanged at the current sale price. For hygiene reasons, Trade Secret regrets that swimwear, selected lingerie and jewellery items are not refundable or exchangeable, unless faulty.
Goods which are faulty or fail to meet their description will gladly be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To make a claim simply bring your product in to any of our stores with proof of purchase or contact us at 1300 768 913 / email@example.com There is no charge for making a warranty claim.
