1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to Australian residents only. 2. The competition commences at 9.00am AEDST on 10/04/2013 and closes at 5pm AEDST on 21/04/2013.

3. To gain entry into the competition, each individual must make a purchase at the Trade Secret Maroochydore store, complete a database form in store and agree to receive the Trade Secret e-newsletter.

4. No responsibility will be taken by the promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or entries submitted or received by the promoter after the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received by the promoter after the closing date will be declared void.

5. The competition prize draw of winners will take place at 10.00am (AEDST) on Monday 29/04/2013, at the head office of the promoter at 3-7 McPherson St Banksmeadow, NSW. The winner will be drawn by random selection. The winner/s will be contacted by email or phone on 29/04/2013, relying on contact details provided by the entrant. The winner will also be published on the Trade Secret Facebook and Twitter pages by 30/04/2013. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for any other goods or services. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize.  The promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the promoter is not able to give the prize winner the advertised prize, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
