Everyone wants to look good and feel great come summer time, which is why this is usually the season for getting into shape.

I think the key to any good exercise routine is motivation. Some great ways to get motivated include working out with a friend, taking the dog for a walk or just playing with the kids at the park.

One of my favourite motivators is bribery, like buying myself a brand new work out wardrobe. That way I can look good and feel great while I exercise, and I don’t have to wash as often during the week!

we’re all talking about ‘p-leather’ for the 2010 autumn/winter season! what is it? well, i’ll be honest... it’s vinyl but it’s soooo much cheaper than the real thing and it looks just as HOT! There’s a huge range of p-leather jackets (plus we do have a few of the real thing) on their way now to your local store. A jacket is the key item for the season, team with a floaty floral top and a straight leg pant or jean – it’s that easy!

I’m excited about the great new brands we have on board for Autumn/Winter. A few of the highlights include Mossimo, Paul Frank, Lacoste, Ocean + Earth, Ezekiel and Canterbury (just to name a few). New season jeans, tees and jackets are arriving every day!

i’ve been working to expand our range of essential home items. most recently I have been focussing on the kitchen and building a quality range of kitchen organisers and tidies. Instore now you’ll find a huge range of containers, canisters and storage bins. there also lot’s of cool knick knacks and gadgets to make your time in the kitchen that little bit easier.
